Playa Blanca Hosts Lanzarote Open Water Swimming Cup

Next Saturday, July 16th, Playa Blanca hosts third round of Lanzarote Open Water Swimming Cup. The trip will travel 1,500 meters for infant, junior and master swimmers with a path between Marina Rubicon and Playa Blanca beach town. Meanwhile, the youngest will have to take a tour of 150 meters in the beach town, and under 11 years old children will have a 400 meters race.
Those interested in participating still have time to register and must process their registration through the Web of Vulcan Triathlon Club. The price for master, junior and infant is 6 euros, for younger children is 2 euros. If places are still free on the day of the test, athletes who register that day will be charged 10 euros.
The collection of numbers shall be in the Sailing School Marina Rubicon and will be from 3:30 pm to 4:45 pm.
In the race organization also participate and assist City of Yaiza Department of Sports, Restaurante Brisa Marina and Rubicon Marina, in addition to shop Bike Papagayo, which has donated a mountain bike to be raffled among all participants.
The test is included in the calendar of the Second Cup Open Water Swimming in coordinating the service of the Cabildo Insular de Deportes island in collaboration with various sports clubs of the island.
